Isaac is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker hailing from the greater Sacramento area. He holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California, as well as a master’s in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. For the last eight years, he has worked in multifarious settings including with people struggling with homelessness, to people suffering from addiction, to working with the dying and their loved ones. He is fascinated by philosophy, theology, nutrition and neuroscience, and believes in an integrative view of treatment. Thus, he is passionate about building relationships with the people he gets to work with and helping them find their own expert within. Isaac was especially drawn to DBT because of his love of dialectics, valuing the honest exploration of the existing tension between two seemingly conflicting viewpoints. He has worked with Dr. Landes in multiple venues since 2013.
When he is not working, Isaac enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to live concerts, powerlifting, collecting tattoos, and exploring the great outdoors. He is also known to love cats and is not ashamed.
