Biography
Camica is a BBS registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #10244 with over 20 years of experience in the field of education working with children and families as a teacher and school counselor. She came into the mental health field with the intent and calling to “Encourage, Edify, Equip, and Empower”. Camica’s motto is Change Can Happen and she is willing and able to be a catalyst for every client. Umoja means Unity in Swahili and her only desire is to walk alongside those seeking Oneness; that is, to close the gap between who they are and who they want to be. She has a heart for diverse, marginalized clients, those seeking symptom-relief from trauma-based wounds, and individuals desiring help with emotional challenges including intra- and interpersonal relationships.
