Dayle has been working in the field of social work and counseling for over 10 years. After graduating from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Psychology, she spent the next few years working with adolescents and adults with severe mental illness and then went on to earn her Masters in Social Work from UC Berkeley. Dayle’s post-graduate experience covered a broad spectrum of work with adults, families, couples and adolescents as well as providing clinical supervision to interns and working in program management and development. Dayle’s specializations include eating disorders, substance abuse, and personality disorders with a strong background in DBT and CBT. When not working at the DBT Center, Dayle can be found spending time with her family or working at her private practice in Sacramento.
